Is There Any Deposit Or Subscription Fees?

No, there is no monthly fees or subscriptions Or Deposit Fees, Pay when you order.

How Do I Place An Order?

Simple in TeeLabs, You will have a dedicated Customer service executive on signup. so you could place order just like that, e-mail,Whatsapp or a phone call. Our Executive will take care of the order and keep you posted on each every step until delivery.

Return & Refund Policy?

If a defected or a misprinted product reaches the customer, we replace it at no additional charges. If the package is lost in transit, we shall reprint all the products in that particular order and have it shipped once again.

As the products are custom made TeeLabs is not responsible for products return due to customer’s change of mind, wrong address, product size, etc

Does TeeLabs Do Bulk Orders?

Tee Labs is actually a bulks orders manufacturer at very affordable prices. You can place order for team t-shirts, college merchandise, corporate orders, retail store sales etc. We are equipped with state of art screen printing, direct to garment digital printing and embroidery machines for timely delivery of your orders.

Shipping Process?

We ship all your orders through Delivery, FedEx, DTDC and India post. Shipment notifications are shared by mail once it is shipped. All the shipments can be tracked with respective tracking numbers provided in the email.

How Long Does It Take To Deliver The Order?

All orders are dispatched within 48 – 72 hours of receiving them. Delivery of the order depends on the location of the buyer. it roughly takes 2 to 5 working days after the product is dispatched.

How Do I Pay For My Order?

At the end of each business day (or per sale) the Merchant has to notify TeeLabs about the transaction and forward the funds. Items will not be shipped until the payment is received by Tee Labs (usually a 24-hour turn around time). At this time TeeLabs prefers payment through Bank Transfer / UPI / Card payment. GST Invoice will be provided to Merchant by TeeLabs every month end

How Safe Are My Designs?

TeeLabs will not acquire any rights to merchant’s goodwill, designs, artwork, trademark, copyright or other property of merchant. All merchant’s data and trade secrets shall be the sole possession of the merchant and TeeLabs shall have no right to them.All Designs related files are sensitive data and we preserve them very seriously. Your design and logo files will never leave our facility, as all manufacturing processes are done in-house.
